Patient Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient food services strategies based on medical direction and patient population needs.
- Recruit, train, and develop patient service team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special or modified diets to meet patient preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve patient satisfaction goals and improve overall patient experience.
- Comply with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement initiatives.
- Associate degree with one year of work experience in food services or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in food service technology/management or a related field.
- Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian, preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in food service management, preferably in an acute care setting.
- ServSafe certification, desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records, and diet office systems.
