Job Title: Patient Services Coordinator

Tennessee Oncology, a leading cancer care specialist, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide exceptional support to our patients and physicians, ensuring seamless coordination of medical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient registration and scheduling functions, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Coordinate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor and distribute documentation, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to patient and physician requests.
  • Collaborate with the pre-certification team to ensure timely and accurate communication.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent with GED.
  • 5 years' experience in a professional office with customer service required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Windows file management and MS Office.
  • Electronic Medical Records experience required or within 90 days.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work productively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to travel to satellite clinics when necessary.
  • Able to lift 25 pounds.
