The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of the establishment, overseeing restaurant activities to enhance sales, guarantee an exceptional customer experience, and optimize profitability.

This position is integral to the management team, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation, while following directives from upper management to meet these objectives.


Reporting Structure:
The Operations Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain high operational standards.
  • Control Management: Implement effective controls to manage resources.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee team members, fostering their development.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver a positive experience for team members and guests alike.
  • Service Standards: Guarantee prompt and friendly service.
  • Food Quality: Ensure consistent high-quality food production.
  • Team Performance: Direct team activities and performance on a daily basis.
  • Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Guest Experience: Manage initiatives to ensure a positive experience for guests and team members.
  • Order Management: Ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders through various channels.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain and inspect all areas to adhere to health regulations.
  • Documentation: Complete daily reports and paperwork efficiently.
  • Cash Control: Ensure compliance with cash handling policies.
  • Labor Management: Optimize labor costs through effective scheduling.
  • Recruitment and Training: Ensure quality recruitment and training of new team members.
  • Team Relations: Build positive relationships with team members and management.
  • Turnover Reduction: Work with management to address team member concerns.
  • Brand Standards: Ensure adherence to brand standards and company policies.
  • Open Communication: Support an open-door policy for team members.
