Reporting to: Director of Operations

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday : 7 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping Management
  1. Guarantee timely and accurate shipments to clients.
  2. Uphold and implement company policies and procedures.
  3. Plan and supervise the preparation of outgoing shipments.
  4. Verify the accuracy of all dispatched orders.
  5. Load trucks upon carrier arrival.
  6. Confirm the correctness of all shipment counts.
  7. Coordinate daily freight pickups and manage associated paperwork.
  8. Prepare all necessary shipment documentation.
  9. Assist Customer Service in addressing billing discrepancies.
  • Receiving Operations
  1. Unload incoming materials and verify against shipping documents.
  2. Conduct meticulous count checks.
  3. Promptly report any shortages or damages.
  4. Notify the office of any discrepancies or damages.
  • Warehouse Maintenance
  1. Contribute to the upkeep of a well-organized and clean warehouse environment.
  2. Ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
  • Inventory Management
  1. Assist in loading supplies onto trucks and verifying quantities.
  2. Check incoming finished products against provided lists.
  3. Properly store finished goods and conduct inventory counts as necessary.
  • Supervisory Duties
  1. Mentor and train warehouse staff.
  2. Provide training on operational processes and safety protocols.
  3. Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  4. Utilize the Amtech system effectively.
  5. Operate a forklift for the movement of goods.
