The Warehouse Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the daily activities within the manufacturing facility during their designated shift. This position is crucial for ensuring that all operational processes function seamlessly in a continuous work environment while collaborating with shift leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute logistics strategies that align with the overarching objectives of the manufacturing facility.
  • Enhance supply chain efficiency, focusing on procurement, inventory oversight, and warehousing within the facility.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop the logistics team for the assigned shift, ensuring smooth transitions and operational continuity.
  • Promote a collaborative and results-driven workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in 3PL or warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and complex logistics operations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple teams while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, WMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating open and effective communication.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Solid work ethic and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Korean bilingualism is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S.

Working Conditions:

  • This role is primarily situated in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, which may require shift changes.
  • May involve working outside standard business hours to meet operational demands.
