The Warehouse Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the daily activities within the manufacturing facility during their designated shift. Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute logistics strategies that align with the manufacturing facility's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in third-party logistics or warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and complex logistics operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, WMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and maintain a sense of urgency.
  • Strong work ethic and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual in Korean is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Working Conditions:

  • This role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility operating 24/7 and may require shift changes.
  • Work may extend beyond regular hours to meet operational demands.
