The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in assigned markets. This role requires leadership and strategic thinking to develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, and build relationships to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to leadership.
- Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on leads and prospects.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales/account management in steel castings.
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in business highly desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
