Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve territory sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital management
  • Utilize sales presentation skills to promote our medical devices and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
