Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve territory sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital management
- Utilize sales presentation skills to promote our medical devices and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
