Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by cultivating relationships with key Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), developing and enhancing these relationships through routine selling of devices, services/solutions, and business programs.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain sustainable business/strategic relationships in accounts, demonstrating clinical excellence in GI disease states through customer education, case coverage, and all selling activity.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales Management, Marketing, and other teams to evaluate business conditions, sales trends, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4+ years of relevant business experience, with at least 1 1/2 years of direct sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales success, with top 10% performance in critical competencies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
