Administrative Support Coordinator

PrideStaff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, California. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to staff members.
About the Role
This is an on-site position working 24 hours a week, three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process incoming orders and sales orders
- Prepare shipments for shipping carrier and importing documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Assist with training development and implementation
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in office administration or a related field, basic understanding of Mandarin language desired, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work independently and as part of a team is required.
Benefits
