Role Objective

As a member of the customer success team, you will exemplify these principles. The Supply Partnerships Manager will report directly to the Director and VP of Supply Partnerships, playing a vital role in maintaining a high standard of excellence in all interactions, services, and success maximization for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate bi-weekly progress updates.
  • Develop and contribute to scopes of work, quarterly business evaluations, and annual account assessments.
  • Design executive presentations and engage in client-facing discussions focused on business growth.
  • Enhance existing partnerships with media associates, showcasing trusted collaboration and understanding of our clients' needs.
  • Manage communication with Media Owner Partners, set clear expectations, and oversee the quality of deliverables.
  • Offer recommendations and perspectives that foster creativity within the business.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and resources at Screenverse to maximize partner success.
  • Establish scalable processes to support our ongoing growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) or Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising.
  • Proficient in media planning, activation, and measurement, particularly within the DOOH Direct and Programmatic landscape.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within large integrated teams.
  • Proven track record of expanding existing business relationships.
  • Ability to motivate, energize, and cultivate a positive work environment.

Salary is determined based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.

The expected base salary range for this position is between: $65K - $75K.
