About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations and Technology team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating project requests, collaborating with internal partners, and establishing an environment for great creative work to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate project requests for completeness and clarity, identifying and closing gaps to ensure successful project execution.
  • Consult and collaborate with internal partners to understand needs and identify solutions to accomplish business objectives.
  • Establish an environment for great creative work to thrive, evolving processes with an eye toward optimization, collaboration, efficiency, and efficacy.
  • Assist in planning marketing campaigns with available technology and supporting marketing business processes.
  • Keep teammates and business partners aligned through the duration of each project with clear, ongoing communication.
  • Educate business partners and manage their needs and expectations, serving as a point of contact for email activity.
  • Manage interdependencies among projects, shifting and balancing workloads across the team.
  • Uphold project management collaboration tool standards and best practices.
  • Share lessons learned from past projects to inform future work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a project manager or relevant role.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to present ideas, negotiate, and problem-solve.
  • Great listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using workflow management software, such as Wrike, JIRA, or other systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another email service provider preferred.
  • Experience working with a marketing communications team preferred.
