Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the approval process for resident applications, discounts, and lease renewals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents.
  • Promote a high-quality living experience for all tenants.
  • Maintain budgeted occupancy levels and rental rates.
  • Prepare, execute, and monitor the operating budget while ensuring effective expense control.
  • Analyze and evaluate property status reports, including financial statements and occupancy reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of property invoices.
  • Stay informed about market conditions to enhance property performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing and resident retention strategies.
  • Address and manage resident concerns effectively.
  • Maintain organized records for resident information.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and visual appeal.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding property operations.
  • Prepare and practice emergency response plans.

Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of experience in property management is required. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a college degree is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude, with a passion for working with people.
