Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the approval process for resident applications, discounts, and lease renewals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents.
- Promote a high-quality living experience for all tenants.
- Maintain budgeted occupancy levels and rental rates.
- Prepare, execute, and monitor the operating budget while ensuring effective expense control.
- Analyze and evaluate property status reports, including financial statements and occupancy reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of property invoices.
- Stay informed about market conditions to enhance property performance.
- Develop and implement marketing and resident retention strategies.
- Address and manage resident concerns effectively.
- Maintain organized records for resident information.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and visual appeal.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding property operations.
- Prepare and practice emergency response plans.
Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of experience in property management is required. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a college degree is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude, with a passion for working with people.
