Mobile Crisis Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Crisis Counselor to join our team at the Center for Human Development. As a Crisis Counselor, you will provide critical support to individuals and families in crisis, working closely with our master's-level clinicians to deliver evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients in crisis
- Assist clinicians in communication and coordination with collateral contacts
- Problem-solve, de-escalate, and manage conflict situations
- Utilize electronic health records to document client interactions
- Model professional service delivery, prioritizing client safety and trauma-informed care
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- Experience working with youth and/or in the mental health field (preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass a CORI and driving background check
- Competitive hourly rate of $21.63, with an additional differential for overnight hours
- Part-time position available with flexible scheduling
