Job Title: Program Clinician

The Mental Health Association is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Division, you will work closely with supervisory and program staff to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries and those in the Moving Forward Plan (MFP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior plans that meet ABI regulations and executive leadership objectives.
  • Identify areas of clinical concern, including behavioral issues, social/communication deficits, and independent living skills, and provide consultation, assessment, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with program staff, family, and other collaterals to develop clear, concise, and user-friendly treatment plans and interventions.
  • Participate in program-related meetings, including team meetings, risk meetings, ISP meetings, and medication reviews.
  • Conduct site visits to meet with participants and staff, provide training, support, and relevant intervention.
  • Work collaboratively with teams/programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
  • Act as a liaison to the ABI service system, state agencies, and community partners as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in a Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries, developmental disabilities, challenging behaviors, or mental health issues in a clinical position.
