The Center for Human Development is seeking a skilled Clinician to provide clinical services to youth in our group homes. As a Clinician, you will work closely with our team to establish open communication and support within the program.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive services, including substance assessment, placement planning, and care coordination.
  • Ensure a supportive and professional environment around assessment, communication, treatment planning, relationship formation, and casework intervention.
  • Assist in the development and training of staff in clinical philosophies, interventions, and treatment modalities.
  • Complete CANS and bio-psychosocial assessments, and write effective treatment plans.
  • Develop discharge plans with youth and their families, including recommendations for further services.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
