Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive services, including substance assessment, placement planning, and care coordination.
- Ensure a supportive and professional environment around assessment, communication, treatment planning, relationship formation, and casework intervention.
- Assist in the development and training of staff in clinical philosophies, interventions, and treatment modalities.
- Complete CANS and bio-psychosocial assessments, and write effective treatment plans.
- Develop discharge plans with youth and their families, including recommendations for further services.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
