Your Qualifications: Essential Skills
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
  • A Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) with a certificate program to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is acceptable.
  • Preferred qualifications include Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) and/or ABA State License (LABA).
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst credentials will be considered.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and their families.
  • Exceptional clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing evidence-based intervention plans.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to foster team success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of best practices in providing ABA services for children with autism, including knowledge of relevant guidelines and regulations.
