Your Responsibilities: Key Areas of Focus

- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to evaluate the success of treatment plans and skill assessments, informing your decision-making process.
- Staff and Family Engagement: Collaborate with our dedicated staff, providing essential training and support, while also educating families to ensure the skills learned are effectively applied at home.
- Dynamic Work Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced setting, working with a diverse array of children and families, where your adaptability will be crucial.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
- A Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) with a certificate program to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is acceptable.
- Preferred qualifications include Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) and/or ABA State License (LABA).
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst credentials will be considered.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and their families.
- Exceptional clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing evidence-based intervention plans.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to foster team success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Thorough understanding of best practices in providing ABA services for children with autism, including knowledge of relevant guidelines and regulations.
