Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CHW Certification, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a human services field.
  • At least one year of experience working with HIV/AIDS or substance-use populations.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) ability preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, crisis intervention skills, and organizational skills.
