In the capacity of a Senior Production Assembler, you will be instrumental in the assembly of instrument components, sub-components, and electrical assemblies utilizing intermediate-level skills. Your duties will encompass soldering, fitting/mounting, alignment, adjustment, and repairs. You will collaborate with other specialists and work under supervision, ensuring that all tasks are executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Assembling products according to daily/weekly production schedules.
- Mid-level brazing and assembly of components to manufactured and purchased parts.
- Soldering and assembling mechanical and refrigeration assemblies of condensing units and cabinets.
- Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical engineering drawings and schematics.
- Executing precise brazing and soldering techniques following detailed procedures.
- Adhering to established work processes, procedures, standards, and methods.
- Utilizing various fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools to assemble, adjust, or repair products.
- Conducting manufacturing tests and maintaining written documentation as required.
- Maintaining equipment and performing daily housekeeping duties.
- Participating in warehouse operations and various other responsibilities.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow BOMs and interpret blueprints, schematics, and SOEs.
