Production Assembler.
Description: The Production Assembler will engage in a diverse range of assembly tasks on product components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies to manufacture essential laboratory equipment and medical devices.

This role emphasizes safety and quality, ensuring that products are assembled within designated timeframes while fostering continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.

  • Select and align appropriate components for assembly, utilizing various methods such as drilling, riveting, and fastening to meet precise specifications.
  • Interpret electrical wiring diagrams to facilitate accurate assembly processes.
  • Conduct inspections during sub-assembly and at critical stages to verify that units meet established quality standards before progressing to subsequent workstations.
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools, including drills and rivet guns, to perform assembly tasks.
  • Employ the SAP system to input product-related data, track component serial numbers, and monitor production metrics.
  • Manage the ordering and retrieval of supplies and materials as needed.
  • Address work-related challenges by applying relevant knowledge and seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Test completed units, ensuring cleanliness and proper packaging of the final product.
Shifts Available: Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Skills: Experience in production and medical manufacturing environments is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications: Ability to read measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers, or willingness to learn.
