Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic environment? Kelly Services is currently looking for Production Assemblers.
- Compensation: $18-$19.80 per hour
- Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with alternating Saturdays.
- Monday to Friday: 3 PM to 11:30 PM, with alternating Saturdays.

What does a typical day look like for a Production Assembler?
- Choose the correct components and assemble them in the specified order using various methods such as drilling, riveting, and soldering to meet production standards.
- Interpret standard operating procedures and electrical diagrams to ensure precise assembly.
- Conduct inspections of parts during sub-assembly and at critical stages to confirm that the unit adheres to quality benchmarks before advancing to the next phase.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools, including drills and rivet guns, to perform assembly tasks.
- Employ the SAP system to input product-related data and monitor component serial numbers, production rates, and inventory.
- Request and gather materials like cardboard and bags using both paper and SAP documentation.
- Resolve work-related challenges by applying your knowledge and seeking assistance when necessary.
- Test finished products, ensuring they are clean and properly packaged.
- Participate in cross-training and adapt to different roles within the team as needed.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
- Capable of standing or walking for extended periods
- Strong ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working with hands and using power tools
