Job Summary

AtWork Group is seeking a skilled Production Assembly Operator to join our team in a clean room production environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of plastic parts, loading and unloading product and material from injection molding machines, and maintaining detailed records for product traceability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble plastic parts in a clean room environment
  • Load and unload product and material from injection molding machines
  • Maintain detailed records for product traceability
  • Visually inspect parts throughout the shift for early detection of issues
  • Maintain effective communication with all levels of the organization
  • Perform repetitive motion for up to 8 hours
Work Environment

This role operates in a clean room production environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively in a team setting.

Requirements
  • Ability to perform work while standing, sitting, or walking for a minimum of 8 hours
  • Lifting up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
  • Good vision at close distance
  • Ability to perform sustained motion for a minimum of 8 hours
