Job Overview

The Public Utilities Commission is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Program and Project Supervisor. This position requires a strong commitment to public service and an understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the activities of the Broadband-related CEQA section.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of section staff, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the Energy Division.
  • Engage with various divisions within the Commission to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate actively in the management team to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all processes.
  • Review telecommunication projects and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Qualifications

Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience in public utilities, economics, finance, or policy. A completed STD 678 application form is required to assess qualifications against the minimum requirements.

Working Conditions

This position may involve travel and offers potential for telework based on eligibility criteria.
