Under the guidance of the Program and Project Supervisor within the Reliability, Renewable Energy & Decarbonization Incentives Division's Rebates and Incentives Unit, the Energy Commission Specialist III will act as the primary authority on various technical and analytical responsibilities associated with building decarbonization and engagement with tribal communities. This role involves leading efforts in program development and execution. The individual will conduct sensitive and intricate analyses that demand significant judgment and specialized expertise. The position entails overseeing projects that require collaboration with both internal and external partners. The initiatives managed by this role are vital to the mission of the California Energy Commission, addressing significant national challenges such as climate change.

Remote Work Considerations:

Work Environment:

Travel may be necessary for attending meetings or events at headquarters, with associated costs borne by the employee.
