About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company initiatives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
