We are looking for a skilled and committed Senior Project Manager to join our innovative team at Lumicity. This role is pivotal in overseeing significant glass and glazing initiatives, ensuring excellence from start to finish.

Position Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of large-scale glazing projects. Your primary goal will be to guarantee that all projects are executed efficiently, adhering to budgetary constraints and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Formulate detailed project plans encompassing scope, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the main liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and fostering strong relationships. Provide consistent updates and manage client expectations throughout the project duration.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to fulfill project requirements. Guide and mentor project team members to reach project objectives.
  • Financial Management: Create and oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies. Review and authorize invoices and modifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality benchmarks. Conduct site evaluations and oversee adherence to safety protocols.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address project challenges, risks, and changes. Execute corrective measures as necessary to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in project management within the glass and glazing sector or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related area. PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of glass and glazing materials, techniques, and industry regulations.
