Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various projects at our radiopharmaceutical manufacturing site. This role involves coordinating efforts related to building renovation and construction, environmental monitoring system implementation, and asset management, including the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The Project Manager will handle multiple aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource allocation, and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Resource Management:
    • Allocate and oversee project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
    • Ensure that all project resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  2. Scheduling:
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
    • Monitor project timelines and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
  3. Service Execution Support:
    • Provide support for the execution of project services, ensuring that all activities align with project objectives and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
  4. Financial Management Support:
    • Assist in budget tracking and financial management for projects.
    • Monitor project expenses, ensuring that they remain within budgetary constraints.
  5. Client Relations:
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress and performance.
  6. Continuous Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and development.
    • Contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
  7. Leadership Initiatives:
    • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing construction, renovation, and environmental monitoring projects, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS and asset management practices.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track financial performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to successful project completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar regulated industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of environmental monitoring systems and regulatory compliance.
