We are currently seeking an Oracle Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions within our organization. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that our business processes are optimized and seamlessly integrated into Oracle Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, extensive experience with Oracle Cloud, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.

This position will be HYBRID based at the Indianapolis, IN location.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Oracle Cloud Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals.
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and other departments, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Data Migration and System Configuration: Ensure effective management and execution of data migration, system configuration, and user training to support project success.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success, ensuring proactive problem-solving and contingency planning.
  • Process Improvement: Facilitate process improvement initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes for integration into Oracle Cloud.
  • Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project team, promoting best practices and ongoing learning.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field with preference for 9+ years' experience. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Prefer 3-5 years in project management, with a focus on implementing Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and modules.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
