Essential Qualifications for the Senior Roadway Project Manager Engineer:
#1. A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) is mandatory.
#2. A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license, specifically in Indiana.
#3. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in roadway design is required.
#4. Proven experience in developing roadway plans for Department of Transportation (DOT) projects.
#5. Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD software is essential.
#6. A valid driver's license is a prerequisite.
#7. Candidates should have held no more than three positions in the last decade.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Roadway Project Manager Engineer:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.).
- Holding a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Indiana.
- Demonstrated experience exceeding 10 years in roadway design.
- Successful history in preparing roadway plans for DOT-related projects.

Additional Requirements:
- This position requires 100% onsite, in-office work.
- No sponsorships or visa holders are permitted. Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not accepted.
