Job Summary

D.C. United is seeking a highly motivated and competitive sales professional to join our group sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the group sales process and a proven track record of selling group tickets in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals while providing exceptional service to D.C. United fans.
  • Generate new group sales opportunities through cold calling, outside appointments, and stadium tours.
  • Develop and execute group theme nights and business plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to drive group outing renewals and referral leads.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage client and prospect interactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience

Work Environment

Base pay is one part of the total compensation package and is determined within a range. The anticipated base pay range for this role is $45,000 - $65,000.
