Sales Director

Graybar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to drive business growth
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
