Catering Sales Director

The Glen Oaks Country Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities in the catering and banquet space.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects to drive repeat business and new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and deliver customized menus that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the catering and banquet market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in catering sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the catering and banquet market, including trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
