Catering Sales Director Job Description

The Glen Oaks Country Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities in the catering and banquet space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects to drive repeat business and new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and deliver customized menus that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the catering and banquet market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in catering sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the catering and banquet market, including trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
