Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director

The Sales and Marketing Director is a key member of the Troon Golf team, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event marketing
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including trends, competitors, and customer needs
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Physical Demands:
  • Frequently sits, talks, hears, uses hands. Regularly walks and stands. Occasionally reaches with hands and arms, stoops, kneels, crawls and crouches. Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
  • Noise level is moderate to high. Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
