Job Title: Regional Director of Sales

Highmark Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth across our regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with our business objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and demographic data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and other potential partners
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute local marketing campaigns that drive awareness and interest in our communities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in senior living sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of senior living industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and sales forecasting
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management tools
