Infosys is looking for a
Group Client Partner within its Banking & Financial Services division. This role entails overseeing sales strategies and pipelines, assisting unit Business Development Managers by supplying resources and navigating accounts to uncover diverse deal opportunities, fostering internal alignment and prioritization, and actively driving the pursuit of larger proposals. The leader will also assist in evaluating proposal preparations, outcomes, and account strategies by client partners, providing support during escalations or as needed for account operations. It is essential to ensure account growth aligns with strategic plans by reviewing these plans and positioning Infosys as a trusted partner within the designated accounts. Typically, Group Client Partners manage a portfolio exceeding $100M+.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development: Cultivate client relationships, manage a portfolio up to $100M+, and oversee the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.

Client Delivery Assurance:
Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of commitments to clients.

Account Planning and Governance:
Develop comprehensive account plans that include necessary relationships, targeted opportunities, pricing strategies, and more.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.   • Extensive business development and project management experience.
  • Experience in the relevant industry or vertical.
  • Proven track record of engaging and building relationships with C-level client contacts.
  • Hands-on experience in proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Diverse experience in IT and business consulting engagements.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required; sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree or foreign equivalent with 14+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific business challenges and drivers.
  • Experience with Global Delivery Models.
  • Experience managing large, multi-location consulting engagement teams.
  • Proven success as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship.
