Senior Client Relationship Advisor

Homestead Advisers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Client Relationship Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized portfolio reviews, and recommending customized asset allocation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive relationship management strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
- Provide financial advisory and asset allocation services to clients, conducting personalized portfolio reviews and recommending customized strategies based on their financial needs.
- Promote Homestead Advisers and deliver presentations at various events and programs, showcasing our funds, account types, and services.
- Communicate effectively with clients and potential clients through outbound and inbound calls, utilizing our CRM system to track and follow up on interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, with additional educational credentials such as CFP preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in the mutual fund/investment industry, with a focus on 401(k) pension plans, defined benefits plans, financial planning, and investments.
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses required, with the ability to obtain these within 2-4 months of hire.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong presentation skills and the ability to present complex information in a relatable manner.
- Client-focused with a strong drive to achieve results and build relationships with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- The ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks that require close visual acuity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures.
- The ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force frequently, with a negligible amount of force constantly.
