Role Responsibilities: The Global Services Go-to-Market (GTM) Content Lead is tasked with the development and oversight of GS GTM content assets and the associated portfolio. This encompasses:

  • Formulating the GS GTM content strategy and roadmap.
  • Establishing content taxonomy and standards.
  • Overseeing content creation, production, publication, and quality assurance of GTM content assets.
  • Managing the lifecycle of content and promoting its adoption and business impact.

Collaboration with Teams: This position requires collaboration with various GTM content-focused roles within GS Business Units, as well as with GTM/BD/Sales and product teams. It is essential to ensure that AWS field teams, Service and Industry Specialists, and GS BD/Sales teams have access to high-quality GS GTM content for self-service, fostering awareness and engagement with GS services and offerings.

Content Portal Management: The role includes managing the GS AWS Field content portal (Highspot), ensuring a user-friendly experience for stakeholders while maintaining high-quality content.

Partnerships: The GTM Content Lead will also work closely with the AWS Field Experience (AFX) team and the Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) team to identify priority content needs and integrate GTM content into the workflow for various roles within SMGS.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
  • Experience in delivering results and communicating effectively with senior leadership.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Go-To-Market content development and management.

Preferred Skills: Candidates with experience in utilizing data and metrics for improvement, 7+ years in a technical Go-To-Market environment, and those who have worked in global roles will be favored.

Compensation: The compensation for this position reflects the labor market across various US regions, with a base pay range from $83,100 to $177,800 annually, depending on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
