Mission: In collaboration with AWS Partners, we aim to empower customers, unlock value, and drive AWS adoption, thereby transforming businesses and public sector organizations globally.
Position Summary: The Global Services Go-to-Market (GTM) Content Lead is tasked with the development and oversight of GS GTM content assets and the associated portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the GS GTM content strategy, roadmap, and standards to ensure uniformity and excellence across the GS GTM content portfolio.
- Manage the AWS Field content portal (Highspot) to enhance the experience for GS GTM content.
- Oversee the production and publication of GS GTM content, ensuring quality controls are in place while maintaining market responsiveness.
- Encourage self-service content usage and adoption, establishing feedback loops for ongoing enhancement.
- Collaborate with the AFX team to embed GS GTM content into the AWSentral/Salesforce workflow for prioritized roles.
- Work alongside the Worldwide Field Enablement team to integrate GS GTM content into training and enablement programs.
- Manage the lifecycle of GS GTM content within Highspot.
- Supervise the complete content lifecycle from ideation through to distribution and performance evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
- At least 3 years of experience in delivering end-to-end projects and reporting results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Go-To-Market content development and management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
- 7+ years of experience in a technical Go-To-Market environment.
- Experience in a global role.
