Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth for assigned existing accounts by promoting new products, optimizing product mix, and upselling. This role requires providing technical sales support, testing, and dispenser upkeep to existing customers, while sustaining customer relationships and supporting newly acquired accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Drive product upsell, product mix optimization, and new product introduction to increase revenue through assigned existing accounts.
  • Provide product and technical support to existing customers through mix design, troubleshooting, and field QA/QC.
  • Support new product initiations, technical sales, and testing for new customers.
  • Perform dispenser repair and maintenance.
  • Maintain customer relationships at assigned accounts.
  • Maintain leadership in local industry organizations.
  • Integrate and support newly acquired accounts.
  • Share competitor and market intelligence with relevant organizational functions.
Requirements
  • Associate or Technical School degree required; BA/BS preferred.
  • Five years of industry experience.
  • Sales experience or aptitude required; concrete QA/QC experience preferred, along with electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Good computer and communication skills.
