The Avers Agency is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Regional Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
