Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist Store Manager in leading Front End Operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  3. Provide training and coaching to sales associates on customer service skills and product knowledge
  4. Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  5. Perform cash handling procedures, including preparing and dropping bank deposits
  6. Authorize register functions, such as post voids, returns, and discounts
  7. Comply with Human Resources policies and procedures
  8. Assist in receiving and stocking procedures, including unloading merchandise from trucks and checking in shipments
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure
  • College experience preferred
