Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Representative II to join our team at Veseris. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
This is a full-time position that requires a consultative approach to sales, with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations. You will work closely with customers to gather market intelligence, identify areas of opportunity, and develop strategies to address competitive situations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to think critically, analyze data, and make informed decisions quickly.
Responsibilities
- BUILD AND SUSTAIN LONG-TERM CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIPS
- MAKE THE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL
- CULTIVATE RAPPORT WITH CUSTOMER
- RESPONSIVE TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS
- Maintains up-to-date information on customers (contacts, competition, products)
- Fulfills customer expectations with realistic commitments
- Serves as a resource to customers by sharing useful information (regulations, safety, product knowledge, market trends, pricing)
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meets or exceeds sales forecast
- Forecasts customer demand by customer and product
- Manages time effectively
- Executes strategies to address competitive situations
Award Details:
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and industry standards.
