About the Position:

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
