Seeking Experienced Commercial Insurance Account Managers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client interactions and relationships, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Oversee the renewal process, from submission to negotiation, ensuring precision and efficiency at every stage.
  • Develop strong, enduring client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service.
  • Assist clients in comprehending their coverages and provide customized solutions to fulfill their requirements.
  • Stay informed on policy changes, deadlines, and legal regulations to ensure compliance and offer knowledgeable guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

  • A client-centered approach with a commitment to fulfilling clients' needs and surpassing their expectations.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, analytical skills, and robust decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant industry software.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial insurance agency, ideally managing mid-size commercial accounts.
  • Commitment to obtaining relevant insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, INS, ACSR, or CISR.
  • An active Texas Agent's License is mandatory.

Education and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
