Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assuming accountability for multi-disciplinary projects, including planning and budgeting.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work products and leading client-facing activities.

  • Developing and executing overall client strategies to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
  • Coordinating service delivery within the organization to guarantee outstanding client experiences.
  • Managing communications regarding significant account-level changes and participating in regular progress meetings.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams on program placements for new business and renewals.
  • Assisting assigned producers during sales and renewal processes to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Addressing complex issues such as conflicting data, client objections, and industry trends, while providing solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring internal performance to ensure clients' needs are met in accordance with firm guidelines.
  • Preparing sales presentations or proposals to elucidate product specifications or applications.
  • Partnering with other teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of prior professional experience with a proven track record in new business development and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Property & Casualty Licensure is required; designations are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of principles and methods for presenting, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Understanding of general business principles, strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for networking, prospecting, and client engagements.
