Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions and relationships, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
- Oversee the renewal process, from submission to negotiation, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout.
- Develop strong, enduring client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service.
- Assist clients in comprehending their coverages and provide customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Stay informed on policy changes, deadlines, and legal regulations to ensure compliance and offer knowledgeable guidance to clients.
Qualifications:
- A client-centric approach with a commitment to fulfilling clients' needs and surpassing their expectations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and strong decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant industry software.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial insurance agency, ideally managing mid-size commercial accounts.
- Commitment to obtaining relevant insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, INS, ACSR, or CISR.
- An active Texas Agent's License is mandatory.
Education and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
