We are looking for a prospective team member for the role of Vice President, Fund Accounting to join our Real Estate Accounting Division. This position offers a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Guarantee the precise and timely preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for designated portfolios.

• Develop and/or facilitate various training sessions on topics such as accounting for intricate deal structures and record-keeping within specific systems.

• Ensure compliance with internal control standards.

• Contribute to the development of methodologies and review the work of junior team members.

• Engage with clients to address inquiries and resolve complex issues related to fund reports and accounting procedures.

• Support various audits conducted by internal and external auditors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in financial services.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Preferred: Experience in public accounting.
  • Prior management experience is essential.
