Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is a key role within Marco Industries, responsible for driving sales growth and business development in the state of Florida. This position requires a strong understanding of the metal roofing industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales objectives
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Director to set and meet sales goals
  • Provide market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of field sales experience in the metal roofing industry
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
