Senior Manager of Client Growth
Zaelab is seeking an experienced VP or director-level leader to join our Client Services team as a Senior Manager of Client Growth. This individual should have a strong background in account management and the tech services industry, with a proven track record of expanding client accounts and driving revenue growth.

About the Role
This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement account expansion strategies aligned with Zaelab's growth objectives. The successful candidate will analyze market trends and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and monitor client performance metrics to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling
- Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in account management, client services, or business development within the tech services industry
- Proven track record of successfully expanding client accounts and driving revenue growth

What We Offer
- Competitive compensation package including salary range $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and skills
