Job Purpose:

As a Sales and Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new accounts within your territory through cold calling, market research, and targeted strategic sales. You'll drive the overall growth and profitability of your territory, make compelling product presentations to chefs/buyers, and consistently close business opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, buyers, and other key stakeholders in the restaurant industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Make effective product presentations to chefs and buyers, highlighting the benefits of our sustainable and regenerative meats.
  • Meet or exceed sales-driven and account management goals, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of sustainable proteins, whole animal butchery, and the restaurant industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Impeccable customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
